Shipping Policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship worldwide with free shipping within the EU!

In case your country is not on the list, please contact us at info@maravillas-bags.com .

We are committed to do all in our power to ensure our clients’ orders are completed fully and without delay. However, please note orders’ arrival dates cannot be guaranteed as the volume of orders, postal mishandling and technical malfunctions could have an influence. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekend and select holidays. Once the order is processed and shipped out, an email will be sent. We only offer regular shipping at this time.

Please note, all our packages are shipped with signature requirement. Kindly provide an address and telephone number where a recipient will be available to sign for the package. The following information is the estimated timeframe you should receive your order after it has been shipped:

Europe: 3 – 5 business days

United States and Canada: 4 – 7 business days

International: 4 – 10 business days

 

 

DUTIES AND INTERNATIONAL FEES:

 

For deliveries to other countries outside the EU, it may incur duties, taxes and charges, that are not included in the total price displayed.

 

These fees are paid to your local carrier or government. These fees are not implemented or collected by Maravillas Bags, and thus cannot be refunded.  Maravillas Bags does not have control over these fees and cannot estimate or confirm what the fees would be, since customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.  We recommend contacting the local customs office for information on fees before placing your order, to avoid unforeseen charges.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:

 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly. If the wrong shipping address is provided, please contact us at info(at)maravillas-bags.com immediately! We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a small time gap to correct/change the address of your order and cannot guarantee the change. If the parcel is shipped with the incorrect address the courier may not accept an address change.  If the parcel is returned and the buyer requests to reship the parcel additional shipping fees may be applied.

 

 

ORDER CANCELLATION/ MODIFICATION:

 

If you decide to cancel or modify your order please write to us at info(at)maravillas-bags.comas soon as you place your order.  We will do our best to make the change. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. If it’s too late for our team to cancel/modify your order, you can return your order to us once you’ve received it.

Return & Exchange Policy
Return

Do I need to pay for returning a parcel?
Yes. The shipment costs for returns are at own expense. You will be responsible for the shipment, all related costs and risks related to the return shipment.

What are the return conditions?
MARAVILLAS BAGS items may be returned up to 14 days from receiving the order. We only accept resalable items in its original packaging, with the hang tags attached in the same state as received, unused and undamaged. 

Since personalized items are custom made to order, we are unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges to personalized pieces once your order has been submitted.

How do I return?
If you'd like to return your item, please follow the steps below.

1. Register your return: send an email to info@maravillas-bags.com with your order number, what items you’ll be returning and the reason for your return. In case of an exchange, please specify what other item(s) you desire.
2. Prepare your package: write a note with your order number and email. Place the note, along with the item(s) you’d like to return, back in the original packaging. If the box was sealed with a plastic bag, pack it like that again and seal it securely with tape.
3. Send it back. Within EU: select a carrier of choice and ship to the address below. For your safety, we recommend that you choose a shipping option with tracking. 

Outside EU: mark the package with “RETURNED GOODS” clearly. Select a carrier of choice
and contact us (see email below) so that we can tell you the address where the product must be returned. For your safety, we recommend that you choose a shipping option with tracking. Make sure to declare the goods as “re-import” and with a total value of goods equal to €10 to avoid further customs fees.

How quickly will my exchange or refund be processed?
After receiving and reviewing your return you will receive a new product or refund as soon as possible.
